Added lines 1-7:

Run grid-mapfile2dcache-kpwd script on a host with up-to-date grid-mapfile (e.g. CE).

 ./grid-mapfile2dcache-kpwd -o dcache.kpwd

Copy the resulting dcache.kpwd to all the public nodes (to the /opt/d-cache/etc/dcache.kpwd)
